YOU HAVEN'T DIVED UNTIL YOU'VE DIVED THE RED SEA 7 DAYS, UNLIMITED DIVING AND THE EGYPTIAN EXPERIENCE.

Day 1 :- Meet in the departure lounge of Johannesburg International Airport two hours before departure time. The flight to Cairo leaves at 20h00.

DAY 2 :-  Arrive in the early hours of the morning in Cairo and this gives you plenty time to transfer departure lounges for your domestic flight to Sharm el Sheikh. The flight to Sharm el Sheikh departs at 07h15. On arrival at Sharm el Sheikh , you will be transferred to the port where you will board the Grand Blu. She is a 27 metre wooden boat, with 8 double cabins with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are 6 crewmembers to care for your every need and there is a large lounge area for socialising and discussing your dives.

 

DAY 2 - 5 :- DIVING THE UNBELIEVABLE RED SEA Over the next 7 days we will be diving some of the most marine fauna and flora abundant dive sites in take world. RAS MUHAMMAD is a small group of about a dozen dive sites in one area. Ras Muhammad wall is a masterpiece of wall dives, colourful soft corals grow from overhangs. Giant gorgonian fans up to 4 metres in diameter spread on some of the ledges. Points and outcrops are rainbows of brilliant colour, goldies abound at every point of the wall, asdo butterfly fish, angels and wrasse. Facing the deeper waters, the pelagics in search of prey range from schools of jacks, tuna, barracuda, to shark or eagle rays. Other sites in this area are Shark Reef, Jolanda Reef, that has some excellent photo opportunities with the toilet bowls and other cargo that is strewn on the sand. Here is where you will have encounters with the enormous Napoleon Wrasse and fierce territorial triggerfish.ABU NAHAS is a wreck divers dream come true. Four freighters have made their home on the sea bottom and these provide excellent exploration opportunities. CARLESS REEF has a large contingent of tame moray eels. Dive guides have been feeding them over the years and some will allow themselves to be caressed and petted. The reef slopes to a wide plateau 25 metres then a wall drops off into deeper water. The plateau has beautiful coral formations with soft corals and arches. Small caves are homes for sweepers, bass and small napoleon. Fields of table corals provide shelter for sweetlips, bannerfish, butterflys and spotted grouper. Even without the morays, Car less Reef is an outstanding dive site.

 

DAY 6 :- Disembark from the boat in the morning for a day of sightseeing and exploring Cairo.
